When you purchase a precision SMT assembly machine, you can expect it to deliver precise positioning and perfect pitch, not just for the short term, but for decades. At DDM, we believe that a rugged support structure provides more stability and requires less calibration, so you can make perfect parts without worrying about constant adjustments.
Our metal fabrication shop features a full complement of metal shearing, braking and welding stations, because we want our equipment to be made to last and operate flawlessly. A fully welded frame is more stable than a bolted structure, making recalibration virtually unnecessary.
We also design and manufacture our own circuit boards, so you can control your design process, given our prototype nature.
